Agreement to Terms
By using the services of LXA Mobile Detailing ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services Provided
LXA Mobile Detailing provides professional mobile car detailing services including:
- Interior detailing and cleaning
- Exterior washing, waxing, and protection
- Full detail packages combining interior and exterior services
- Disaster detail and restoration services
- Headlight restoration and specialized treatments
Service Areas
We provide mobile detailing services in Oklahoma City, Edmond, Moore, Norman, Yukon, and surrounding metro areas. Service availability may vary based on location and scheduling.
Booking and Scheduling
- Services must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or approved booking platforms
- We require accurate vehicle and location information at the time of booking
- Same-day service may be available but is not guaranteed
- We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control
Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made
- We accept cash, credit cards, and electronic payments
- Prices are subject to change based on vehicle condition and additional services requested
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate contact and location information
- Ensuring vehicle access and removing personal items before service
- Providing access to water and electrical outlets when required
- Disclosing any vehicle damage or special conditions prior to service
- Being present or available during the scheduled service time
Liability and Insurance
LXA Mobile Detailing is fully insured and bonded. We take great care in handling your vehicle, but our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or items left in the vehicle.
Service Guarantee
We stand behind our work and guarantee customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will work to resolve any issues.
Weather Policy
Services may be postponed or rescheduled due to inclement weather conditions including rain, snow, or extreme temperatures that could affect service quality or safety.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
